تنظيف منزلي دوري

زيارة أسبوعية أو كل أسبوعين وفق قائمة تحقق ثابتة في كل مرة.

المطبخ: الأسطح والحوض والموقد والأجهزة من الخارج
تعقيم الحمامات وتلميع المرايا والتركيبات
شفط الأرضيات ومسحها في كامل المنزل
ترتيب الأسرّة وطي الملابس عند الطلب

تنظيف عميق

تنظيف شامل يغطي ما لا تشمله الزيارة الدورية. يُطلب بشكل مستقل أو مرة إلى مرتين في السنة.

الفواصل ووصلات البلاط وألواح القاعدة وإطارات الأبواب
خلف الأثاث القابل للتحريك وتحته

تنظيف المكاتب والمحلات التجارية

خدمة للمكاتب والعيادات والصالونات والمحلات وفق جدول يناسب ساعات عملكم.

تعقيم دورات المياه والمطابخ وإعادة التزويد
جمع النفايات وتصريفها

تنظيف ما بعد البناء والتشطيب

إزالة غبار التشطيب والمخلفات والبقايا على مراحل حتى يصبح الموقع جاهزًا للتسليم.

الإشراف

للأعمال الأكبر يوجد مشرف في الموقع يعمل مع الفريق وفق قائمة التحقق ويختم الزيارة بجولة معكم.

المواعيد

من الأربعاء إلى الاثنين، من 8:00 صباحًا إلى 8:00 مساءً. ويمكن خدمة المواقع التجارية خارج هذه الأوقات بالتنسيق.

Defined scope, every visit.

Five services. Each one has a written checklist the crew works to and the supervisor signs off against. Choose the closest fit and we will adjust the detail to your property.

Regular Home Cleaning

A fixed weekly or fortnightly visit worked to the same checklist every time, so the home stays level instead of swinging between extremes.

Kitchen surfaces, sink, hob and exterior of appliances
Bathrooms sanitised, mirrors and fittings polished
Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Beds made, laundry folded on request
Same crew wherever the schedule allows

Deep Cleaning

Everything a routine visit does not reach. Booked on its own, or once or twice a year alongside a regular schedule.

Inside the oven, fridge and washing machine
Grout, tile joints, skirting and door frames
Behind and underneath movable furniture
Air-conditioning grilles and extract vents
Windows, tracks and internal glass

Office & Commercial Cleaning

Servicing for offices, clinics, salons and retail units on a schedule set around your operating hours, not ours.

Early-morning, evening or overnight attendance
Workstations, meeting rooms and reception
Washrooms and pantries restocked and sanitised
Waste collected and consolidated
Named supervisor and one point of contact

Post-Construction & Renovation Cleaning

Fit-out dust, residue and debris removed in stages until the unit is handover-ready.

Debris clearance and coarse dust removal
Paint, adhesive, grout and sticker residue
Full wipe-down of ceilings, walls and joinery
Glass, frames, tracks and hardware detailed
Final pass with the contractor before handover

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

An empty unit taken back to a clean baseline before you hand the keys over or accept them.

Full interior including inside all cupboards
Appliances cleaned inside and out
Bathrooms and kitchen descaled
Balconies, storage and utility areas
Timed to fit the tenancy or handover date

What the crew brings.

Equipment and materials

Crews arrive with their own equipment and cleaning materials. If you prefer we use products you supply, tell us when booking.

Supervision

Larger jobs get an on-site supervisor working the checklist with the crew and closing the walk-through with you.

Scheduling

Wednesday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Commercial sites can be serviced outside those hours by arrangement.

Quotes are confirmed in writing after we understand the property and the scope. Ask on WhatsApp and we will come back with the service, the checklist and the crew size.
